Heat Wave

>We are entering our 4th day of triple digits here in Southern California. It's been extremely hot an unpleasant. We were suppose to go to Disneyland this afternoon following church, but we decided not to because of the extreme heat. When it's 110 here, that means it's still at least 90 at The Happiest Place on Earth. And truth be told, if it's THAT hot there, it's not a good day to go.

This morning, I've been trying to think of something I can make for dinner that doesn't require turning on the oven. I'm thinking it's time to fire up the good ole BBQ! Here's to keeping cool on this fine May Sunday!
