Wasted Energy

Lately, I've been thinking a lot about all the time I spend wasting energy. No, not the energy lost when leaving the lights on, but my own energy. Not wasting it in the physical sense, but more the thought processing sense.

There are so many things throughout the week where I waste so much energy thinking about things that do not involve me, nor do the outcomes effect me in any way, shape, or form.

Things such as 'why those parents let their kid do this, or do that', 'why a couple does this or does that', or 'why do they do things that way'.

See, wasted energy! And in all reality, really why do I care?? It doesn't effect me! LOL.

"Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely,
whatever is of good repute,
if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise,
dwell on these things."
~~ Phillippians 4:8

I am the same way but I always do it in the middle of the night. When I wake up its as if nothing matters.
